För att utföra dessa arbeten behöver beställaren samarbetspartners i form av ramavtalsentreprenörer. Arbeten för specifika projekt kommer sedan att avropas på avtalet.

        Målsättningen med denna upphandling är att teckna avtal med tre entreprenörer som är konstruktivt lösningsorienterade och som genom samverkan med beställaren kan och vill genomföra mindre ROT-projekt i beställarens byggnader och förvaltad egendom. Beställaren och entreprenörerna ska tillsammans sträva efter att skapa en god affär för båda parterna.
