         Jönköpings kommun handlägger upphandlingen administrativt. Deltagande bolag fattar likalydande beslut om tilldelning av kontrakt. Ramavtal kommer att tecknas med Beställaren och de leverantörer som antas. Deltagande bolag kommer att vara avropsberättigade på ramavtalet.
