         Omfattning

         Upphandlingen omfattar Lastning, transport och lossning av avloppsslam från Uppsalas avloppsreningsverk, Kungsängsverket till verksamhetens avfallsanläggning, Hovgården.

         Avtalet omfattar ett 8-årigt ramavtal där avrop kommer ske efter behov.

         Med anledning av synergieffekter, behovet av samordnade leveranser samt lägre administrativa kostnader har upphandlingen inte delats upp i flera delar.

         Under föregående år har uppdraget innefattat transport av ca 14 000 m3 avloppsslam/per år.

         Avtalet innehåller inte utfästelser att avropa en viss volym under avtalsperioden. Det verkliga utfallet är beroende av vilka behov som uppstår under avtalets löptid. Antagen leverantör förväntas ha kapacitet att leverera utifrån faktiskt behov. Den volym som ramavtalet maximalt kommer att omfatta uppskattas till 17 000 m3/ avloppsslam per år.
